Chief Academic Officer (CAO)
We’re looking for a Chief Academic Officer who’s more than just a curriculum expert — we want a true partner, someone who is innovative, open-minded, and passionate about reimagining education. You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the academic vision and strategy, including implementing the International Baccalaureate (IB) program in our schools, to empower educators and transform student learning globally.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in IB education with a proven track record of designing and leading inquiry-based learning environments. At Summit World Schools, we believe deeply in teaching students how to think, not what to think — emphasizing evidence-based reasoning, structured dialogue, and academic curiosity over ideology. The CAO will champion these values while fostering an environment of intellectual rigor, creativity, and student voice.

This is not a conventional education leadership role. We're building something different — and we need someone bold enough to help shape it.
